Adult – Learn To Kayak Lesson

This is an introductory course focusing on basic stroke techniques and water safety. Participants will each paddle their own sit on top kayak, while learning techniques to help them be efficient in the boat. Several fun drills and games (such as relays) are incorporated to help individuals work on their stroke.
This course is three hours in length which includes a 1/2hr lunch break.
The club provide all equipment include boats, life-jacket and paddle. Please bring extra clothes just in case.
 
This program is held at Kirk Lake and is taught by certified NCCP instructors.

Step 1: partial payment of $50 must be received by mail at least 30 days before the session start to ensure your spot is reserved. Payment by cheque payable to ‘SACKC’ or ‘’ GERCKC’’ – Please note that this payment is nonrefundable. Please make sure you include a copy of your registration email confirmation so we know what session you are paying for!)
