Adult Recreational Canoe, KAYAK, SUP, OUTRIGGER Program Introduction to Kayaking and Canoeing is the first step to sprint kayaking or canoeing. The SACKC introduction to kayaking and canoeing helps teach the basics and the skills needed to get comfortable in the boats and on the water. You will learn the basics of paddling efficiently. Boats, life jackets, and paddles are supplied. Please dress in clothing that can get wet and wear flip flops or similar sandals for the dock. Suitable for: Everyone ages 19+ Schedule: 2-3 practices a week based on time of year and coaches program Time: evening practices based on time of year and coaches program Price: $300 Experience: Previous paddling experience not required.
