Details	Adult Recreational Program Recreational paddling is a great way for adults to stay active and learn a new skill in a low impact sport. The best part is paddling in the beautiful Cardiff Pond! Designed around Canoe Kayak Canada's Active for Life stage of the Long Term Athlete Development plan, SACKC's adult programs promote a healthy and active lifestyle through paddle sports. Join a fun filled social program that focuses on learning or refining skills in recreational paddling sport. Our adult programs range from offering programs that are geared toward the recreational paddler or the CANMAS or National Championships paddler. General membership is also an excellent opportunity to get out and enjoy the beautiful Cardiff Pond Lake! Please note that the Canoe Club will be closed during statutory holidays! Suitable for: Everyone ages 19+ Schedule: 2 practices a week (Every monday and Thursday) Price: $250 Experience: Previous paddling experience not required.
